Its very rare that plants ordered through us are damaged or get lost along the way during transit, but its reassuring to know that you're completely covered, just in case. Now you can order your plants risk-free!

We guarantee to fully compensate you for any plants that die or are badly damaged during freight delivery to your place. If the total number of damaged plants is less than 25 we will simply refund you or credit your next order and if its 25 or more we will resend them to you at no cost (if they are still in-stock). You are also completely covered for your whole order costs (including freight/handling) if your order goes missing.
